Intern – Global Strategy Business Analyst for Procurement (m/f/x)

What's the role?

At Hilti we spend over 25% of Net Sales on Indirect Materials. Our Purchase-to-Pay strategy and the rollout of our state-of-the-art eProcurement solution are only two of many strategic initiatives around digitalization and sustainability. You will support and drive solution conceptualization and implementation within a global PMO. Moreover, you will have the opportunity to support in various projects, such as supplier life cycle management and risk assessments. Again, our focus is on digitalization and sustainability!

Start date is flexible to your availability, minimum duration 6 months, ideally 9-12 months.

What does the role involve?

As intern in our department at Hilti HQ, you will be part of a high-profile strategic team that executes strategic process and system programs with direct link to the company strategy. You will work closely with our experts as part of the Project Management Office to drive and manage all global systems implementation.

Having such a leading role in a global project with the size of Procurement Indirect happens once-in-a-life time.

As an intern in the Indirect Procurement department, you will have the opportunity to fully develop your organizational skills and learn how to work autonomously and independently, as well as be part of a team.

What you need is:

  • Enrollment in a master's program in engineering, supply chain, business administration, information management/technology or similar for the entire internship duration
  • Analytical, hands-on mindset
  • A strategic approach and good problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and Power Point is key
  • Strong communication skills, with excellent English and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to convince others
