What's the role?
Representing the system test of power tools in full fledge development projects. That means, being responsible for managing all testing activities such as planning, implementing and performing tests, to ensure the functionality, maturity and reliability of a product for serial production. All of this with fulfilling established Hilti policies, quality standards and guidelines.

What does the role involve?
1.
Fully responsible for power tools / inserts TTM project and cooperating with global cross function (project management, development, marketing and quality) in testing perspective
2.
Managing comprehensive testing activity of planning, execution and evaluation for system or component validation
3.
Responsibility owner of test plan and instruction according to marketing information, requirement and specification
4.
Leading technical discussion & conclusion in project meetings by presentation of test result, findings and analysis
5.
Ownership of reporting test result with project team in management review meeting
6.
Acquisition of application know-how for power tools and customer needs by direct customer contact or jobsite visits
7.
Participation in the creation of product requirements and specifications
8.
Further development of product technologies, new measurement method and testing technology
9.
Collaboration with international Hilti sites, suppliers, development partners, and approval institutes
10.
Participation in department tasks by supporting overarching topics from Team Lead and Head of Testing

What you need is:
1.
University graduate in a technical discipline with several years of experience.
2.
Proficient in English and basic Mandarin skills
3.
Affinity and willingness for hands-on work as well as strong analytical and conceptional skills
4.
Experience in product development, testing or quality in an industrial or academic field
5.
Team player, with great communication skills in an interdisciplinary and international environment
6.
Strong analytical and conceptional skills
7.
Organization and management skill or experience preferred.
