What does the role involve?
Your key responsibilities will be to analyse and improve existing standards, identify gaps and develop global standards to ensure operational excellence. You will learn:
- Technical expertise to ensure quality repairs
- How to work with team leaders to solve day-to-day challenges and improve operational efficiency
- How to influence the quality of repairs and efficiently manage the associated costs
- How to support new product launches and ensure staff are properly trained
- How to maintain and manage equipment to ensure proper operation

What you need is:
We’d love to hear from you if:
- You hold a master's degree in Management Engineering or other related fields, such as industrial management or operation management
- You are a fluent in English and in Italian
- You have have spent between 2 months and 2 years in a professional environment
- You enjoy learning and are mature, assertive, curious and dedicated
- You are team player, with good communication and social skills, and you can inspire others.
- You are internationally mobile. A global thinker who is keen for diverse cultural experiences and the opportunity to work abroad in the future
