The USCDS Product Manager is responsible for managing the life cycle of the Hilti products at different stages of the product life cycle. This position is based in the United States (US) and acts as a key bridge between Customers, Global Business Units (BU), and Product Management team in Lead Markets. This position demands a high-level of market understanding (application, customer voices, construction trends, influencers, etc.) to be continually integrated in to strategy work streams and new product development.
The role of Project Manager (PM) II, is responsible for coordinating efforts of an entire team to plan and execute project business from bid/quoting phase to execution/fulfillment. The PM II is charged with managing scope of a project to ensure a profitable budget is proposed/presented to the customer. If PO is received, the PM II will manage execution/fulfillment to complete project within schedule while maintaining budget and overall profitability.

The role of Developer III will be part of a development team consisting of employees and external partners for Hilti’s Digital Marketing Unit. Project scope includes E-commerce sites, collaboration apps, digital catalog and learning systems to help Hilti clients learn about, and how to use, Hilti products. The Developer III influences both internal and external stakeholders at all levels in developing or creating solutions for all platform applications.
The role of Developer II is responsible for supporting the Digital Marketing Unit’s projects, This includes, but is not limited to, mobile apps, e-commerce, customer collaboration, and customer experience systems designed to educate customers about Hilti products for purchase and encourage further engagement beyond the sale. The Developer II must thrive in a highly collaborative environment with his/her own team as well as other teams all while leveraging prior experience to create robust, reliable solutions.
