The Spare Parts Material & Process Manager will optimize material management and Spare Parts handling including future process development within the Tool Service Centers and the Spare Parts Warehouse concerning spare parts management, with the goal to reach the relevant KPIs and to drive customer satisfaction while upholding Hilti’s culture and values. The position is responsible for working with Product Management in developing and executing product line strategies on supply and order fulfillment for designated product lines.

Maximize productivity within Repair Operations while delivering high quality, timely repairs of Hilti tools and enhancing the value-added image associated with owning a Hilti tool. Contribute to the Company’s financial success through COGS control, process improvement, and cost containment throughout the repair process. This position provides technical support and drives the sales of specified products to salesforce and customers (buying and non-buying) consistent with Hilti’s strategy. This position educates design communities concerning proper use and advantages of Hilti fastening and protection products. This position capitalizes on Hilti competencies to secure commitments for specification or approval of Hilti Products while adding value by assisting design community and influencers in solving design problems using Hilti Products.
