Is responsible for partnering with and coordinating the efforts of Trade and Product Marketing, Account Managers, Field Engineers, Regional Managers, and Division Managers to drive the sales and design development of decking products and services. This position is also responsible to support and call on key owners, designers, structural engineers, interregional customers, and disseminate best practices.
The IBD (International Business Development) is leadership role part of the global Hilti IBD community. As an IBD you will be focusing on a portfolio of Global Engineering and Construction Accounts (EPCs or Owners) important for the HILTI business. You will create a strategy and lead its execution to increase sales from the accounts based on commercial relationship and also help driving technical specifications. You will also coordinate a worldwide team associated with these Account(s).
