The Warehouse Associate is responsible to provide superior sales support and customer service by working with the distribution team through the receiving, warehousing and order fulfillment functions. Duties include, but are not limited to, support the overall Distribution Center (DC) operations through work flow coordination and training, participate in organizational “Lean” objectives, and Maintain a high level of functional expertise and demonstrate the ability to train and support small groups, while sustaining global processes.
• In a timely and efficient manner, perform duties required to maintain a quality service outlet for the repair of Hilti equipment • Maximize productivity within Repair Operations while delivering high quality, timely repairs of Hilti tools and enhancing the value-added image associated with owning a Hilti tool • Contribute to the Company’s financial success through COGS control, process improvement, and cost containment throughout the repair process • Provide best-in-class tool repair service in support of Hilti’s Lifetime Service value proposition
The role of On-Demand Services Representative is responsible for ensuring efficient and proper operations of a local On-Demand Tool Services Center (TSC). Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, shipping and receiving all tools (On-Demand and Fleet), fielding communications (questions, complaints, issues), and managing the Loaner and On-Demand program within the specified TSC.
