The Customer Panel Analyst is responsible for all activities (end-to-end) related to the deployment and operation of a Hilti Customer Panel. Panel members can be customers or employees, that have agreed to participate because they want to share their ideas and opinions and/or because they expect to receive incentives in exchange.
