The role of the Tool Services Team Lead is to provide functional and disciplinary leadership of Repair Technicians in TSC (Tool Service Center) operations. Effectively plan & direct activities to meet the Repair Key Performance Indicators.
The role of Repair Center Shipper is responsible for operational activities such as shipping, receiving, picking, packing, storing, returns, replenishments with assurance of quality, on-time delivery, and cost efficiency. This position monitors and coordinates the completed tool repair process flow within the tool service operation to support the efficiency of the tool services team.
The Warehouse Worker is responsible to provide superior sales support and customer service by working with the distribution team through the receiving, warehousing, and order fulfillment functions, as well as organizational Lean objectives.
