This role is responsible for coordinating operational activities to include shipping, receiving, returns, carrier scheduling, and replenishments. Supervisory responsibilities include performance monitoring, evaluation, coaching, direction of work assignments, and cross-training of personnel. Additional support activities include data analysis, reporting, forecasting, inventory investigation, slotting, data pulls (BI/SAP queries), and project work.
The Spare Parts Material & Process Manager will optimize material management and Spare Parts handling including future process development within the Tool Service Centers and the Spare Parts Warehouse concerning spare parts management, with the goal to reach the relevant KPIs and to drive customer satisfaction while upholding Hilti’s culture and values. The position is responsible for working with Product Management in developing and executing product line strategies on supply and order fulfillment for designated product lines.
