The role of Service Technician is to maintain quality of service in the repair of Hilti equipment by timely and efficient repairs, and providing best-in-class customer service. This position contributes to the overall financial success of the company by controlling cost of goods sold (COGS), process improvement, and cost containment throughout the repair process.

The Spare Parts Warehouse Supervisor directs and oversees Distribution Operations personnel. This role is responsible for coordinating operational activities to include shipping, receiving, returns, carrier scheduling, and replenishments. Supervisory responsibilities include performance monitoring, evaluation, coaching, direction of work assignments, and cross-training of personnel. Additional support activities include data analysis, reporting, forecasting, inventory investigation, slotting, data pulls (BI/SAP queries), and project work.
The Quality Manager will work collaboratively with Project Business, Engineering, HUB Marketing, Marketing Organizations (MO), Logistics, Finance, etc., to design, execute, and lead the professionalization of the quality function within the Tool Service Center. This role will utilize change management principles, processes, and tools to focus on achieving quality, financial, and operational results for internal clients and external customers.
The role of Field Engineer provides technical support and drives the sales of specified products to salesforce and customers (buying and non-buying) consistent with Hilti’s strategy. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, educating the design communities concerning proper use and advantages of Hilti fastening and protection products while capitalizing on Hilti competencies to secure commitments for specification or approval of Hilti Products.
