The Warehouse Supervisor II directs and oversees Distribution Operations personnel. This role is responsible for coordinating operational activities to include shipping, receiving, returns, carrier scheduling, and replenishments. Supervisory responsibilities include performance monitoring, evaluation, coaching, direction of work assignments, and cross-training of personnel. Additional support activities include data analysis, reporting, forecasting, inventory investigation, slotting, data pulls (BI/SAP queries), and project work.
The role of a Material Handler is responsible to provide superior sales support and customer service by working with the distribution team through the receiving, warehousing and order fulfillment functions. Duties include, but are not limited to, support the overall Distribution Center (DC) operations through work flow coordination and training, participate and/or facilitate in organizational “Lean” objectives, and Maintain a high level of functional expertise and demonstrate the ability to train and support small groups, while sustaining global processes.

The role of the Sales Sourcer, SaaS is responsible for contacting marketing-qualified leads and setting up product demonstrations for the SaaS Account Executive team. This role will aid in the development of pipeline and territory sales growth by working directly with Hilti’s sales teams, including Outbound Sales Specialist, SaaS, Account Managers (AMs), and Field Engineers (FEs), and using prospecting tools to find new contacts and organizations in their assigned territory.

Position provides warehousing, transportation, inventory control, people supervision, work load planning, proficiency and usage of Hilti system applications for warehouse operations. The position includes interfacing with sales, customer service, credit, and other areas at corporate headquarters. Assists in the managing & training of distribution staff to achieve company goals in service and distribution.
The Solutions Operations Coordinator (SOC) will support Solutions services (Fleet Management, TOD, ON!Track and related services) with local and regional partners. The SOC will coordinate the logistics of Solutions implementations with our national ON!Track and Fleet customer base and its rollout through collaboration with the regional Solution Success Specialists (SSS) and Solutions Consultants (SC). They will also assist in coordinating the schedule with our 3rd party partner of contingent labor on behalf of the entire HNA Solutions team.
