The position of Project Management Office Engineer is responsible on the design of applications up to a medium complexity based on Hilti modular support systems (BU Ins portfolio) based on Hilti proprietary software suite “PROFIS installation” and under guidance of a PMO Engineer supervisor.
The purpose of the role is to ensure that all financial bookings are consistent, accurate, and finalized in time according to group guidelines. The role involves advising and training the business partners on accounting guidelines and new regulations e.g. International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
The Hilti Center Regional Manager is accountable for planning, developing and maintaining the profitable operation of assigned Hilti Centers in a defined geography. This position is responsible for increasing sales, profitability growth and people development. The regional manager is responsible for overall performance management of his/her team via Hilti’s source and select process, strategic manpower development process and performance management process.
The role of Human Resources Director is to help ensure Hilti business success by translating business strategy/objectives into HR initiatives and practices. Ensure the design and delivery of HR processes and practices are relevant and efficient to build sustainable organizational capability. Maximize employee contribution by bridging employee needs and business objectives and increasing employee commitment and competence. Increase the capacity for change by helping leaders and employees anticipate & adapt to the business environment and manage the transformation process.
