The strategy communications project manager will drive alignment and commitment by partnering with market organizations and subject matter experts to develop and cascade integrated communications packages to all levels of the organization. This role is responsible for building authentic and compelling messaging in support of key strategic topics. Works cross functionally, primarily with Marketing, Learning and Development and the market organizations, to synthesize and localize global content and / or develop new content in alignment with Hilti North America’s strategic priorities.
The role of Corporate Communications Business Partner is responsible for partnering with functional content and business area owners to streamline as well as develop and execute innovative communication campaigns in support of stated business objectives and goals. This position will work closely with the functional Executive Management Team (EMT) and director-level partners, primarily in the Human Resources vertical.
