Support the Head of Quality at Hilti to implement the new Quality strategy on a global level. Your role would be to outline new concepts e.g. for tracking of costs-of-non-quality, supplier development or setting up a new Quality academy and conduct workshops with members of management. You also have contact with supplier and our production facilities to pilot the new concepts. Start date is flexible to the student's availability (ideally March/April 2022), duration of 5-6 months
As an intern in Quality Management department in headquarter in Schaan, Principality of Liechtenstein, your responsibilities will cover the support of the QM operations and the implementation of new products. You will be part of continuous improvement processes as well as operational excellence topics within the context of industry 4.0. Additional tasks will be to collect and assess practical use cases for industry 4.0 applications in the production and drive proactively the implementation phase on a global scale.

The purpose of this position is to assess regulatory and corporate requirements as well as industry best practices to develop and manage programs to maintain regulatory compliance including environmentally sound/sustainable product recycling and disposal programs.
You are responsible for part of our product portfolio to make sure we can place it globally on the market. Therefore you create the right safety documentation to support our product roll out.

In order to ensure a properly designed product you are going to be in constant exchange with our central security team.
