The Human Resources Generalist partners with senior and line management to provide human resources related consultation, support, service, and guidance to Hilti team members and management groups. Key areas of responsibility include line management support/coaching, employee development, strategic recruiting, legal compliance, Hilti People Review/succession planning, and organizational development in support of Hilti’s business objectives, strategic initiatives, and organizational priorities.

In addition to EB tasks, you will be also responsible for coordinating full-cycle/end-to-end recruitment for our fast growing organization, and other administrative HR tasks.
