The Human Resources Generalist partners with senior and line management to provide human resources related consultation, support, service, and guidance to Hilti team members and management groups. Key areas of responsibility include line management support/coaching, employee development, strategic recruiting, legal compliance, Hilti People Review/succession planning, and organizational development in support of Hilti’s business objectives, strategic initiatives, and organizational priorities.
The role of Senior Technical Recruiting Specialist collaborates and consults with business unit (BU) leaders and hiring managers on strategic and tactical recruitment plans designed to meet Hilti North America’s (HNA) business objectives through the effective acquisition of talent. We are looking for someone with experience in software, digital, and IT skillsets.
