The Process Manager is responsible for providing leadership to define, document, and implement multiple business process improvement projects for the designated market organization (MO). The Process Manager will manage the Review and Improvement process for the specific MO. This position is identified as a development position for a manager candidate; serves the General Manager of the specific MO.
This position provides technical support and drives the sales of specified products to salesforce and customers (buying and non-buying) consistent with Hilti’s strategy. This position educates design communities concerning proper use and advantages of Hilti fastening and protection products. This position capitalizes on Hilti competencies to secure commitments for specification or approval of Hilti Products while adding value by assisting design community and influencers in solving design problems using Hilti Products.
The role of the Outbound Sales Specialist, SaaS is responsible for driving the sale of products to prospective clients through outbound calls, email communications, individual meetings, and through received inbound leads. This position will analyze customer needs and map potential solutions, while building trusting customer relationships. It will partner with Account Managers (AM), Field Engineers (FE), Sales Development Representatives, and product management to deliver applications to the market via a multi-channel sales approach.
This position ensures internal and external customers receive quality answers to technical inquiries regarding the use and/or application of Hilti Anchor and Direct Fastening (DF) products and creates engineering product submittals for field personnel to facilitate the sale of these key products.
