In this role you will support 3 members of the Global HR Leadership Team responsible for the Executive Board Areas Electrical Tools & Accessories, Fastening & Protection and the Head of Global Reward in all administrative, secretarial and team management tasks.
The Human Resources Generalist partners with senior and line management to provide human resources related consultation, support, service, and guidance to Hilti team members and management groups. Key areas of responsibility include line management support/coaching, employee development, strategic recruiting, legal compliance, Hilti People Review/succession planning, and organizational development in support of Hilti’s business objectives, strategic initiatives, and organizational priorities.

At Corporate Development, you will lead a workstream of one of Hilti’s key strategic projects. In this role, you will be working alongside a former management consulting (MBB) project manager in strategy engagements. As such, you will also have substantial visibility to Hilti’s senior management team including executive board members and the opportunity to position yourself for a full-time career at Hilti. Start date: From January / February 2022 onwards. Duration is upon agreement from 3 to 6 months.
