Responsible for maximizing the specification and sales of designed engineered solutions and calculation services through identification of target applications, creation of designed solutions, provision of bid packages to all bidding contractors, convincing of winning bidder to use and purchase our solution and ensuring full delivery of the products and services agreed to on the purchase order. Develops and executes a unique bid strategy for each target project, with the goal to sell the relevant bid package to the responsible contractor.
The role of Field Engineer provides technical support and drives the sales of specified products to salesforce and customers (buying and non-buying) consistent with Hilti’s strategy. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, educating the design communities concerning proper use and advantages of Hilti fastening and protection products while capitalizing on Hilti competencies to secure commitments for specification or approval of Hilti Products.
The role of BIM Project Manager (BIM PM), is responsible for coordinating efforts of an entire team to plan and execute BIM project business from bid/quoting phase to execution/fulfillment. The BIM PM is charged with managing scope of a BIM project to ensure a profitable budget is proposed/presented to the customer. If PO is received, the BIM PM will manage execution/fulfillment to complete project within schedule while maintaining budget and overall profitability.
