This internship will provide the right individual the opportunity to gain a tremendous amount of knowledge of our company, our products, and our market leadership strategies through the completion of value-added projects and daily tasks. Our Learning and Development team creates and delivers training materials and presentations to team members across Hilti North America, ranging from sales competency training to career and leadership development. Learning and Development interns will have the chance to contribute firsthand to training materials and processes during their internship.
Our inside sales internship will provide the right individual with the opportunity to gain a tremendous amount of knowledge of the company, our products, and our sales operations through the completion of value-added projects and daily sales activities.
You will play an active role in strategic projects aiming to identify unexplored customer needs and business opportunities. Together with experienced business partners, you will work on market research projects along the different stages of product innovation and the customer journey. Furthermore, you will contribute to our global customer opinion program that tracks customer loyalty and differentiation and impacts strategic decisions. Start date: ideally February/Mach 2022, duration for at least 5-6 months
At Corporate Development, you will lead a workstream of one of Hilti’s key strategic projects. In this role, you will be working alongside a former management consulting (MBB) project manager in strategy engagements. As such, you will also have substantial visibility to Hilti’s senior management team including executive board members and the opportunity to position yourself for a full-time career at Hilti. Start date: From January / February 2022 onwards. Duration is upon agreement from 3 to 6 months.
