You will create visually appealing designs that allow users to successfully navigate Hilti digital solutions, while maintaining brand integrity.
The UX/UI designer defines user experience by exploring possible design directions, creating concept designs and elaborating on detailed UI designs based on business requirements/user stories, user needs, existing UX/UI design system & guidelines, UX best practices and technical constraints. Reviews designs and guides the work of less senior team members, documents UX/UI Standards and expands design system library. Conducts UX Testing with users and performs design implementation acceptance testing.
The Software Field Specialist will lead and manage the acquisition of new customers and continued success our existing customers of the ON!Track asset Management software. This team member will develop and maintain a pipeline of our strategic partner customers (VIP) and work with the local sales team and the leadership teams of our customers to sell and maintain software & services supporting Hilti’s Customer Engagement Strategy.
This position provides technical support and drives the sales of specified products to salesforce and customers (buying and non-buying) consistent with Hilti’s strategy. This position educates design communities concerning proper use and advantages of Hilti fastening and protection products. This position capitalizes on Hilti competencies to secure commitments for specification or approval of Hilti Products while adding value by assisting design community and influencers in solving design problems using Hilti Products.
Lead Developer is a pivotal role in Hilti’s Global Application Software Unit, providing software engineering excellence combined with leadership on Scrum Dev Teams. The Lead Developer leads a Scrum delivery effort by fully understanding business objectives and effort breakdowns from a Product Owner, and by executing on the strategic direction driven by the Architecture. Lead Developer is responsible for implementing backlog tasks, architectural designs and solutions, and executing on the development tasks both directly and through leading the developers.
