The role of the Talent Sourcer is to contribute to Talent Acquisition efforts in generating and nurturing talent pipelines and powering total recruitment marketing to attract and engage top talent to Hilti for critical hiring needs. The Talent Sourcer supports the Talent Acquisition team’s vision to position Hilti as an employer of choice within the industrial sales and construction industries through talent sourcing and project work.
This position ensures internal and external customers receive quality answers to technical inquiries regarding the use and/or application of Hilti Anchor and Direct Fastening (DF) products and creates engineering product submittals for field personnel to facilitate the sale of these key products.
This position manages large testing projects, primarily in support of BU Anchors TTM and Product Care projects and also ICC-ES tests of mechanical and adhesive anchors. This position is responsible for the overall testing responsibility including creating test plans and project timelines, performing tests according to national and international testing standards, analyzing test results, and documentation and communication of the test results.
