In a timely and efficient manner, perform duties required to maintain a quality service outlet for the repair of Hilti equipment Maximize productivity within Repair Operations while delivering high quality, timely repairs of Hilti tools and enhancing the value-added image associated with owning a Hilti tool Contribute to the Company’s financial success through COGS control, process improvement, and cost containment throughout the repair process Provide best-in-class tool repair service in support of Hilti’s Lifetime Service value proposition
This internship will provide the right individual with the opportunity to gain a tremendous amount of knowledge of the company, our culture and our sales and corporate communications departments through the completion of value-added projects and day-to-day operations. The intern will have the opportunity to see the inner workings and processes of a global organization while contributing to a deeper understanding of critical topics, including diversity and inclusion, corporate social responsibility, team member transitions and benefits, employee engagement, and strategic direction.
