The Jobsite Solutions Product Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and managing a solution portfolio for our increasingly complex last mile landscape, supporting shipments from Hilti distribution centers and stores to our customers. This role defines capability building programs, sets pilot scope/timing/objectives, and transitions “pilot” programs to “business as usual” programs, run by the Jobsite Management Team.
The Project Manager is the entrepreneur in Hilti that turns assets (knowledge, people, and equipment) into innovative products to achieve long term differentiation vs competition. Technical understanding, combined with very good people and communication skills are essential to perform this job
The Product Supply Manager is responsible for identifying, auditing, selecting, and developing an optimal supplier portfolio for the North American market in alignment with the global Business Unit. The role is responsible to procure products and materials from different suppliers and align the needed product and materials features with the capabilities of the supply network. This includes procuring newly developed products from different vendors. Also, procuring materials from various vendors, overseeing supplier performance in terms of quality, service, and cost development.
The Warehouse Associate is responsible to provide superior sales support and customer service by working with the distribution team through the receiving, warehousing and order fulfillment functions. Duties include, but are not limited to, support the overall Distribution Center (DC) operations through work flow coordination and training, participate in organizational “Lean” objectives, and Maintain a high level of functional expertise and demonstrate the ability to train and support small groups, while sustaining global processes.
