The talent management expert assists in the implementation of programs that aim to measure, develop and manage Hilti North America (HNA)’s talent pools. The expert who joins our team will work across the pillars in the People Engagement Office (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I), Talent Management, Analytics) to provide strategic and analytical support making decisions on talent pipelines and strategies.
