The role of the Talent Sourcer is to contribute to Talent Acquisition efforts in generating and nurturing talent pipelines and powering total recruitment marketing to attract and engage top talent to Hilti for critical hiring needs. The Talent Sourcer supports the Talent Acquisition team’s vision to position Hilti as an employer of choice within the industrial sales and construction industries through talent sourcing and project work.

As a Business Partner, you will play a key role in contributing to our employee engagement strategy through the establishment of an exceptional candidate and collaborator experience. You will join a dynamic HR team and evolve in an international environment.

Reporting to the General Manager Belgium & Luxembourg, you will manage the full HR scope for 250 white collar employees and support the growth of the organisation towards 300 employees in 2021.

The Human Resources Generalist partners with line management to provide general human resources related consultation, support, service, and guidance to Hilti employee and management groups. Key areas of responsibility include line management support/coaching, employee development, strategic recruiting, legal compliance, Strategic Manpower Development (SMD)/succession planning, and organizational development in support of Hilti’s business objectives, strategic initiatives, and organizational priorities.
