This position ensures internal and external customers receive quality answers to technical inquiries regarding the use and/or application of Hilti Anchor and Direct Fastening (DF) products and creates engineering product submittals for field personnel to facilitate the sale of these key products.
The Quality Manager will work collaboratively with Project Business, Engineering, HUB Marketing, Marketing Organizations (MO), Logistics, Finance, etc., to design, execute, and lead the professionalization of the quality function within the Value Added Service Centers (VASC). This role will utilize change management principles, processes, and tools to focus on achieving quality, financial, and operational results for internal clients and external customers.

Convert competitive designs and specifications to pro-Hilti designs and specifications and 3.) Provide technical answers to questions related to the Installation Systems (IS) portfolio. All done in order to facilitate IS sales in helping to achieve planned sales growth.
The Revit Operator (Project Management Office) provides support to field personnel via the development of CAD drawings as directed by Installation System Engineers (ISE): 1. To create original designs; 2. Convert competitive designs and specifications to pro-Hilti designs and specifications, and 3. Provide technical answers to questions related to the Installation Systems (IS) portfolio. The work completed by this role will facilitate Installation System sales to achieve planned sales growth.
