As a Product Manager you will be responsible for understanding relevant product market, defining local Product Leadership Strategy strategy (PLS) and initiatives. In addition, the role includes managing a product line over the entire life cycle and supporting sales with market knowledge as well as communication, and training in line with Global Process Management Systems on Product Portfolio Management (i.e. TTM, INP, BOD etc.) and Hilti Marketing Management steps so that to achieve sales growth of the product lines in their responsibility.
The role of the Solution Specialist, is responsible for the 2nd phase of our Tool Services (ON!Track, Fleet Management, Health & Safety, etc.) solution sales process. This includes partnering with Solution Consultants and Field Sales Teams in selling a successful implementation and building the customer relationship through the implementation of Tool Services. The role also includes growing & protecting the customer value and return on investment through continuous activity and selling additional hardware, services and software within a specific geographical territory.
