The role of the Solution Specialist, is responsible for the 2nd phase of our Tool Services (ON!Track, Fleet Management, Health & Safety, etc.) solution sales process. This includes partnering with Solution Consultants and Field Sales Teams in selling a successful implementation and building the customer relationship through the implementation of Tool Services. The role also includes growing & protecting the customer value and return on investment through continuous activity and selling additional hardware, services and software within a specific geographical territory.
The Finance Analyst II will support Finance Business Partner (FBP) team in a growth-oriented environment; is a proactive problem solver and strives to be an integral part of the team and success of Hilti. This role will interact directly with Executive Leaders throughout the Market Organization (MO) to help drive business results.

This position is accountable for the development of strategy, programs and personnel for Technical Service in support of overall strategic sales goals. This includes development and maintenance of training programs and presentation materials, as well as implementation of a strategic direction in concert with Champion 3C and Vision 2020 strategy. Responsible for driving activities of the field Technical Service team and influencing Sales Management to ensure sustainable and profitable growth of Hilti Fastening & Protection specified products.
