The Legal Counsel will support the Regional Head of Legal and Compliance, and the business, through the management of projects and processes to enable the legal department to operate more efficiently. You will provide proactive, in-depth, legal, business-focused advice to the business, as well as implementing initiatives and processes in order to set standards and reinforce a culture of integrity, quality, ethical behavior and responsibility across the business, while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
