As lab technician in our multi-disciplinary materials research group, you will be responsible for the maintenance and calibration of our state-of-the-art labs (metallography, corrosion, tribology, and materials testing), while also carrying technical tasks on sample preparation and characterization.
You will join our international team in Corporate Research & Technology to evaluate and develop innovative solutions using IoT and wearables platforms in the area of Health and Safety (e.g. people tracking, vital monitoring, activity recognition, etc.). You will have the possibility to familiarize with the latest available commercial or custom platforms (e.g. smartwatches, smartphones, construction IoT devices) where you can experiment and port innovative algorithms along with developing your ideas from scratch.
