The purpose of this role is to partner with Trade and Sales Management Teams to optimize sales resources with the goal of achieving better customer penetration and coverage, increasing sales by prioritizing accounts by potential and customer life cycles, exploring new segmentation tools, and optimizing costs with more efficient sales structure. This position is responsible for running and simulating suggested territory realignments and providing analysis to determine effective use of resources.
Coordinate efforts of entire team (Account Managers, Field Engineers, Fire Protection Specialists, and Regional Manager) associated with key projects on converting obtained project specifications into sales. Hold key job site meetings to ensure focus is maintained and to track progress of team efforts on key projects. Track sales and action plan progress with the assistance of the Regional Manager and Account Managers. Establish and maintain high level contacts with buying and non-buying customers on key projects.
Functional and disciplinary leadership of Repair Technicians in TSC (Tool Service Center) operations Effectively plan & direct activities to meet the Repair Key Performance Indicators.
In a timely and efficient manner, perform duties required to maintain a quality service outlet for the repair of Hilti equipment. Maximize productivity within Repair Operations while delivering high quality, timely repairs of Hilti tools and enhancing the value-added image associated with owning a Hilti tool. Contribute to the Company’s financial success through COGS control, process improvement, and cost containment throughout the repair process.
