You will act as an entrepreneurial business partner in managing our Tool Service Center (TSC) in Saudi Arabia to deliver best in class tool service with efficient operations. You will actively manage end-to-end processes and ensure market communication of our tool service differentiation. You will be part of the regional TSC leadership team and will have a shared a shared dedication to high performance and consistent results.
In a timely and efficient manner, perform duties required to maintain a quality service outlet for the repair of Hilti equipment. Maximize productivity within Repair Operations while delivering high quality, timely repairs of Hilti tools and enhancing the value-added image associated with owning a Hilti tool. Contribute to the Company’s financial success through COGS control, process improvement, and cost containment throughout the repair process. Provide best-in-class tool repair service in support of Hilti’s Lifetime Service value proposition
