The IBD (International Business Development) is a technical and leadership role part of the global Hilti IBD community. This position provides technical support and drives the sales of specified products to salesforce and customers (buying and non-buying) consistent with Hilti’s strategy. This position educates design communities concerning proper use and advantages of Hilti fastening and protection products. This position capitalizes on Hilti competencies to secure commitments for specification or approval of Hilti Products while adding value by assisting design community and influencers in solving design problems using Hilti Products.
The role of Measuring Specialist is responsible for sales development of advanced layout and high-end detection products within a specific geography. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, developing tactical sales plans, creating account specific sales strategies, driving sales force competencies, supporting the sales force by conducting product demonstrations, completing direct sales calls with customers, and implementing and steering product/marketing strategies in the application fields of advanced layout and highend detection.
