Manage all tool service relevant tasks within TTM (Time To Market) projects in the service region (HNA). Lead a high level of quality within the tool repair process while controlling costs (COGS & OPEX). Develop programs to ensure consistent, continual training of all repair technicians to achieve a high level of competence and repair standard execution in the service region.
In a timely and efficient manner, perform duties required to maintain a quality service outlet for the repair of Hilti equipment. Maximize productivity within Repair Operations while delivering high quality, timely repairs of Hilti tools and enhancing the value-added image associated with owning a Hilti tool. Contribute to the Company’s financial success through COGS control, process improvement, and cost containment throughout the repair process. Provide best-in-class tool repair service in support of Hilti’s Lifetime Service value proposition
