The Business Developer II – Healthcare (HBD) role is responsible for developing sales, driving specifications, and developing long term relationships with local and international assigned key accounts and projects. The HBD is responsible for targeting key national and regional ownership groups associated to commercial healthcare construction projects and renovations. The HBD will develop long‐term relationships, create strategies, assign tasks to Market Organization (MO) personnel, and lead in execution to increase sales penetration and success for targeted construction projects.
The IBD (International Business Development) is leadership role part of the global Hilti IBD community. As an IBD you will be focusing on a portfolio of Global Engineering and Construction Accounts (EPCs or Owners) important for the HILTI business. The Revit Operator (Project Management Office) provides support to field personnel via the development of CAD drawings as directed by Installation System Engineers (ISE): 1. To create original designs; 2. Convert competitive designs and specifications to pro-Hilti designs and specifications, and 3. Provide technical answers to questions related to the Installation Systems (IS) portfolio. The work completed by this role will facilitate Installation System sales to achieve planned sales growth.
