In this position you will be responsible for payroll processes and compensation policies. You will be in charge of managing compensation cycles, headcount and staff controlling as well as benefits offer of the company.
In this role you will support 3 members of the Global HR Leadership Team responsible for the Executive Board Areas Electrical Tools & Accessories, Fastening & Protection and the Head of Global Reward in all administrative, secretarial and team management tasks.
