What does the role involve?
The Order to Cash (OTC) Supervisor provides ongoing support to the Order to Cash Manager, drives strategic topics throughout the team, and is the process expert on Order to Cash topics. In this position you will assist other team members to deliver continuous improvement initiatives and standardizes processes across all Market Organization(s) supported by the Finance Share Services Center and support in testing new software/existing ERP improvements. You will perform weekly/monthly reporting tasks using existing platforms and lead additional projects as required, e.g. Delego, Fleet Management, Cash planning.
This position is responsible for coordinating Hilti’s Internal Control System for Order to Cash for all Market Organization(s) supported by the Finance Share Services Center and assisting with annual internal and external audits by preparing assigned schedules, providing supporting documentation, and meeting with auditors as needed.

What you need is:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, required
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, preferred
- Minimum three (3) years’ professional work experience, required
- Finance, Accounting, Financial Analysis, preferred
- Prior team leadership experience, preferred
- Strong communication (verbal, written, presentation) skills, required
- Strong problem solving, organizational, and time management skills and attention to detail, required
- Strong computer skills including but not limited to Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, required
- English, required
- Bilingual (Spanish), preferred
- SAP application knowledge, strongly preferred
