Security Supervisor - Tulsa, OK
What's the role?
The Security Supervisor is responsible for assessing corporate requirements as well as industry best practices in order to provide the necessary expertise for the establishment of appropriate security programs within Hilti’s U.S and Canada operations.

What does the role involve?
Provide leadership, coaching, direction, and training for security officers
Ensure that Security personnel are properly trained in accordance with Corporate directives
Protect Hilti personnel and property to prevent loss, minimize damage and/or destruction
Develop and implement security policies, procedures, instructions as applicable to prevent losses from fire or severe weather incidents
Conduct workplace and equipment assessments, provide recommendations for improvement and/or corrective measures
Work with line management for the successful implementation of loss prevention strategies and evaluate activities to ensure compliance with established programs
Assess Security practices and make recommendations for cost savings
Monitor local and remote Hilti Facilities for burglary and hold-ups at all times throughout the year
Monitor Tulsa locations that include Operations Center Office, Distribution Center, Customer Service, Training, Testing including BTS apartments for burglary, fire, and severe weather
Investigate and report irregular activity
Direct emergency personnel to location of incident as needed
Maintain and secure perimeter by regulating and screening ingress/egress of personnel
Other duties as assigned

What you need is:
3 years of Security and workplace management experience required
First Aid, CPR, and C.L.E.E.T. (Security Guard State License) required
National Safety Council Defensive Driving Course required
PC skills in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access required
Knowledge of RPS software (Remote Programming Software) to make program changes remotely, arm accounts remotely, delete passcodes, change pass codes preferred
Prior police or military experience preferred
Ability to assist with personnel problems in a non-threatening manner
Capable of handling multiple priorities in an emergency/life-threatening situation
Detail oriented and with the ability to formulate clear decision criteria; evaluate options choosing a safe and effective option
Ability to present a positive disposition and maintain constructive interpersonal relationships when under stress
Ability to take immediate action when confronted with a problem or when made aware of a situation
Service oriented and able to work effectively in a team environment
Normal office conditions.
Must have valid U.S. driver’s license and comply with HNA Fleet Safety Policy requirements.
