What's the role?

We’re looking to provide an opportunity to gain a tremendous amount of knowledge regarding the company, our products and how our operations drive the growth of Hilti’s business. Through the completion of value-added projects and day-to-day tasks, the intern supports various projects on our Tulsa Operations team.

What does the role involve?

Our ten-week summer internship is a great opportunity to bring talent into the organization and expose our interns to Hilti as a future employer. Interns typically work full time during the summer on value added projects that are relevant to their education and drive Hilti’s business. Individuals who successfully complete an internship will be considered for a full-time position upon graduation.

Example projects:

Improve the customer experience for customers who have moved from ON!Track software version 2.0 to 3.0
Perform an audit of all Hilti Stores to ensure recorded floor plans are accurate and that the branding criteria is up to date
Propose new Voice of the Customer categories to help provide accurate recording of customer feedback and help process improvement
Develop Self maintenance concept to address customer expectations in the case of minor repairs based on Global Self-Maintenance project

What you need is:

  • Are in Pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations & Supply Chain or similar with interest in sales
  • Graduate in Fall 2022 or Spring 2023
  • Are willing to relocate nationally
  • Are results-oriented and proactive - able to get things done and achieve targets
  • Have a strong customer orientation
  • Have excellent planning and time management skills
  • Preferred Project Management or Lean Six Sigma certification
  • Are eligible to work in the United States permanently, without sponsorship
