What does the role involve?

Our sales teams are best in class. We pride ourselves on finding solutions for customers, driving engagement and ensuring customers are provided with the best products and services to build a better future for all. Our strong sales teams consist of 3 main areas as well as supporting functions:
Outside Sales: Business to Business sales, Territory Management, In-depth Customer and Peer Interaction
Hilti Stores: High level of customer and peer interaction, Retail Operations, Inventory Management, Lead Generation
Inside Sales: Strong Phone Communicator, Extensive Product knowledge, Ability to Learn Quickly

You’ll work with some of the industry’s most trusted and innovative engineering products.

What you need is:

  • Military experience required
  • Depending on the role, some college coursework may be required; Bachelor’s or graduate degree preferred
  • Displays passion, commitment and drive to deliver an experience that improves our customer’s engagement
  • Experience operating in ambiguous situations. Handle and resolve a variety of customer concerns, complaints, and questions
  • Proven ability to learn new skills quickly
  • Excellent communication skills to all external/internal customers, peer groups, and Sr. Leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to get things done despite difficult situations or strict deadlines
  • Ability to work and influence successfully in a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
