What's the role?
The Project Manager I – Fulfillment & Execution is responsible for managing and delivering project business orders. This role will work with teams in the field and corporate to understand the customer requirements, source the proper solution, and align departments necessary to complete a successful delivery for each project and order.

What does the role involve?
Serve as key supply chain and inventory planning facilitator for Project Management Office (PMO)
Liaise between the PMO and local and global Materials Management to secure inventory
Liaise between the PMO and Logistics Value Added Service Center’s (VASC) to ensure the necessary information and inventory is available
Liaise between the PMO and Transportation setting up Third Party Logistics’ (3PL) to deliver orders to customers
Monitor all orders placed in SAP weekly; communicate their status to all stakeholders
Follow-up with suppliers, change orders, and other internal and external communication as needed
Coordinate and administer the dropship vendor relationship(s) from item quote to final delivery
Maintain project documentation (internal and external) in SAP for immediate access by team members throughout supply chain process
Work with PMO management on the creation and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
Track and report business KPI’s and key supply chain metrics, implementing improvement processes
Initiate and participate in continuous processes improvements
Fact check the quantities per job before and during order entry, ensuring all information is correct

What you need is:
Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain, Business Administration, Construction Management, or equivalent required
Minimum two (2) years’ experience in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent required
Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) certification preferred
Strong communication (verbal, written, presentation) skills required
Demand and forecast planning in expanding sales environment experience required
SAP skills and experience preferred
Manufacturing industry supply chain and technical product development knowledge preferred
Construction methods and project management practices, including bid processes, change orders, estimating, scheduling, preferred
Strong organizational skills: Must be able to organize multiple projects, meet deadlines, and track successes or lost opportunities and bring this knowledge to future projects
Proven skills in MS Office, including Excel, scheduling software (Primavera/MS Project), and SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) user knowledge
Normal office conditions, as well as occasional visits jobsite situations/conditions.
Up to 15% (domestic/international/both) travel, required.
Adverse Working Conditions:
Job requires walking on simulated construction sites and uneven surfaces, and may include climbing scaffolding, ladders, and stairs
Simulated construction jobsites may also lead to exposure of excessively loud noises; ear protection is strongly encouraged and may be required on some simulated jobsites
High occurrence of sitting, standing, bending while conducted training exercises
Safety Equipment Required:
Hardhat, safety vest, safety glasses, gloves, steel toe boots, and long pants required for working jobsites; must observe and abide by any and all safety regulations as required by Hilti and Occupational Safety and Health Regulations (OSHA)
Must be able to walk on construction projects, climb ladders and scaffolding, and able to lift and carry as much as 65 pounds
