What does the role involve?

We have a network of professionals who support our operations for Hilti North America but also works cross-functional on international teams as well within four main areas:

Logistics:Transportation, Material Management, Warehouse/Distribution, Analytics
Human Resources:
Talent Acquisition, HR Management, Total Rewards, and Payroll Operations
Finance Operations, Financial Planning and Analysis
Product and Trade Marketing, Marketing Communications and Brand Management

What you need is:

  • Depending on the role, some college coursework may be required; Bachelor’s or graduate degree preferred
  • Demonstrated military experience within operations
  • Displays passion, commitment and drive to deliver an experience that improves our customer’s experience
  • Excellent communication skills to all external/internal customers, peer groups, and Sr. Leadership
  • Ability to work and influence successfully in a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
  • Ability to gather and analyze information to develop and implement effective strategies and communicate change
  • Ability to travel both domestically and internationally
