What's the role?

The Implementation Specialist will assist in growing and supporting a new software product and service with local, regional, and global partners at Hilti. As part of the Design Optimal Solution phase with the customer this individual will work directly with the Software Field Specialist and customer to define the optimal implementation package. This position will also be responsible for defining and executing the “CARE” phase of our ON!Track customer base by working directly with the customer platform to analyze gaps and opportunities to drive customer loyalty within our Software as a Service (SaaS).

What does the role involve?

Work with the Software Field Specialist during the customer analysis to design the optimal solution for each individual customer’s implementation plan, including selling additional days and/or taggers
Coordinate efforts of entire team of Account Managers, Regional Managers, Division Managers, and marketing team members to communicate best practice for customer’s implementation of ON!Track and facilitating change management in our key accounts
Work with the ON!Track operations team lead to coordinate, train, and manage a team pool of 15-20 taggers in a geographic region by productively assigning 4 individuals at a time to a given customer or region for tagging and implementation
Sole responsibility of managing the four third party taggers and their actions during implementation plan for Hilti ON!Track at locations including but not limited to warehouse, jobsites, vehicles, and employees
Follow-up with existing customer platform to sell additional training services, webinars, and collect feedback from our key users.
Present customer feedback to the marketing team for further development
Work with existing ON!Track customer base to ensure positive implementation practices and support by administrating additional trainings and support in the field based on individual customer needs
Visit construction jobsites and offices to train customers and provide expertise on the use of and challenges in device management and proper tagging practices of ON!Track software
Provide training for new Implementation Specialists and assist with launch readiness in their MSA
Design and execute customer feedback interactions and work with HUB marketing to facilitate and deliver key marketing material and messaging
Additional duties, as assigned

What you need is:

Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
Minimum of one (1) year selling experience, preferred
o Minimum of 1 year selling in the SaaS or construction industry preferred

Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills required
Strong communication (written, verbal) skills, required
Ability to make key decisions regarding change management and adjust each plan to the individual needs
Training experience, preferred
Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment: Marketing, Sales, and other corporate team members
Strong knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office applications
High level of entrepreneurship and presentation skills

Working Conditions:

Combination of normal office and job site conditions
Up to 80% domestic travel, required

Adverse Working Conditions:

Job requires walking on construction sites and uneven surfaces, ladders & stairs during all seasons of the year
Depending on geography employees may be exposed to adverse heat or cold exposure
Construction jobsites may also expose employee to excessively loud noises

Safety Equipment Required:

Hardhat, safety vest, safety glasses, gloves, steel toe boots and long pants required for working jobsites
Must observe and abide by all safety regulations as required by Hilti, Occupational Health & Safety Administration (OSHA), and General Contractors
Ear protection is strongly encouraged and may be required on some jobsites

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to walk on construction projects and able to lift and carry as much as 50 pounds
