ON!Track Consultant - Phoenix/Las Vegas
What's the role?
The Software Field Specialist will assist in growing and supporting a new software product and service with local, regional, and global partners at Hilti. This team member will coordinate with local sales personnel to leverage customer relationships and develop markets; thereby increasing sales and penetration of ON!Track.

What does the role involve?
Focus on business development of Hilti ON!Track in a defined geographic area among current and prospective customers
Analyze sales results, review customer factbase, identify key trades and customer potential to develop tactical sales strategy
Coordinate efforts of entire team of Account Managers, Regional Managers, Division Managers, and marketing team members with a goal of improving market reach of ON!Track solution
Provide the sales organization with product expertise and support resources to support local community
Provide customer consultation, analysis, and expertise on challenges in device management
Plan and participate in trade shows and other industry events
Visit construction jobsites and offices to demonstrate ON!Track’s value proposition to key stakeholders within customer’s organization
Support launch of new products to customers and team members by acquainting them with product feature benefits and solution functionality
Communicate with customers to identify new market opportunities relevant to North American market
Maintain knowledge of assigned product portfolio and related services (i.e. Fleet, LTS, etc.)
Facilitate startup as well as ongoing training for new and existing ON!Track customers
Prepare MSA for launch; participate in sales team training with ON!Track support team
Assist with training of new field specialists and assist with launch readiness in their MSA

What you need is:
Bachelor’s Degree required
Minimum of 3 years selling in the construction industry
Training experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment: Marketing, Sales, and other corporate team members
Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills required
Strong knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office applications
High level of entrepreneurship and presentation skills
Willingness to travel up to 50% during first 2 months of training
This position will not have a home office but will reside within specified MSA.
