What's the role?
The role of USCDS Marketing Specialist is responsible for providing support for marketing tasks to Hilti Global Product Managers. This position is a developmental role and will assist the USCDS marketing team with branding content, data collection, and administrative marketing functions. It’s a role ideally suited for fresh graduate students in pursuit of an exciting first career step aspiring to work on dynamic and challenging topics in a global environment.

What does the role involve?
Coordinate with global functional teams in getting new products set up in the ERP system prior to the new product launch in a timely manner meeting project milestones
Generate and maintain reports for tracking and steering the sales of the new products launched and related phase-out products (if applicable)
Handle request from global marketing counterparts to update the product database for product data published online
Conduct marketing desktop research on assigned topics
Support digital content (marketing communication materials) creation for new/existing products and in activities related to new product launches
Support implementation of packaging concept for new/existing products
Support market survey and consolidation of data gathered
Additional duties, as assigned

What you need is:
- Bachelor’s degree, required; Marketing, Business or Engineering
- Good communication (verbal, written) skills
- High level in PowerPoint and Excel
- Exposure to Data analysis tools, Social media, online tools is nice to have
- Inquisitive and quick learner
- Solution oriented mindset
- Willingness and drive to meet stringent project timeline
- Flexibility to adapt work schedule to different time zones (especially Europe)
- Fluency (written and verbal) in English, required
