Logistics Rotational Program - Multiple Cities
What's the role?
The Logistics Rotational Program is a 24-month entry-level program that gives participants the opportunity to experience different areas of the supply chain within Hilti. Employees will work in three, 8-month rotations in different functional areas of Logistics including Materials Management, Transportation Management, and Warehouse Management. At the end of the 24 months, employees will be placed into a full-time position within the company, with the first six months divided between customer service and a capstone project. Full-time positions include opportunities in Materials Management, Transportation Management, Warehouse Management and/or Process Excellence.

What does the role involve?
Job duties will vary with each rotation. Functioning as a Logistics Specialist, you will work closely with a direct manager to set targets for each functional area, support your manager on day-to-day operational duties, and lead a functional project. Logistics Specialists will also work with a mentor to establish career targets. In addition to their daily responsibilities of reaching established targets within the department, the participants will be responsible to train other Logistics Specialists in the program as they rotate between the job functions.

What you need is:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Transportation or Business
- Recent graduates or no more than 2 years post graduate professional experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Results driven and proactive, able to achieve targets
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Willingness to relocate
- GPA of 3.0 or above
- Eligible to work in the United States permanently without sponsorship
