What's the role?
The purpose of the role is to drive consistency in process and communication across the Logistics Care team. This is achieved through owning the policies and procedures for the Team. Developing and coordinating training across the team. Developing and implementing standard onboarding process across the team. Continuous improvement focus to review how the team operates and how the team can be more efficient and effective.

What does the role involve?
Increase customer engagement by improving order fulfilment process to ensure seamless delivery
Owning and maintaining all Logistics care policies ensuring they are updated and visible of share point and team is trained.
Developing competency modules and training schedule for all team members to ensure they complete competency models across: logistics, customer service and AM topics.
Develop, implement, and maintain consistent onboarding experience for new logistics care specialists to the team
Review team processes to ensure the team is effective and efficient in the way we do business.
Work with logistics care analyst and cross functional teams to embed any new projects or processes into the team to become business as usual.
Complete communication and process audits on team members to drive high engagement across the organization. Work with team leads to provide coaching and development feedback.

What you need is:
Bachelor’s degree, required
Solid knowledge of SAP systems – APO & R3
Functional knowledge of logistics processes
Project management experience
Solid knowledge of related business processes (i.e. Product Portfolio Management)
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Strong PC skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Good communication, organization, and analytical skills
Detail oriented and able to handle multiple responsibilities and make decisions
Normal office conditions.
Up to --1% (domestic/international/both) travel, required.
