What's the role?

The Human Resources Specialist is responsible to provide general human resources related service and operational support to Hilti employees and management groups. Key areas of responsibility include administrative support focused on performance management, talent planning, legal compliance, HR database maintenance, and leadership development, in support of Hilti’s business objectives, strategic initiatives, and organizational priorities.

What does the role involve?

Day to day, you will be responsible for providing administrative support on key initiatives such as performance management, talent planning, legal compliance, and leadership development in support of Hilti’s business objectives, strategic initiatives, and organizational priorities.

What you need is:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, required; Human Resources or business-related field, preferred
  • Minimum three (3) years’ experience in human resources, highly preferred
  • Strong organizational skills; detail orientation required
  • Demonstrated ability to work with others; teamwork skills, required
  • Must be able to maintain high level confidential information
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to execute and drive initiatives
  • Strong communication (written, verbal) skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
